My family and I absolutely love our stay here. The staff was extremely friendly the staff always had a smile and greeted us and front desk was very helpful.housekeeping was very helpful with whatever we needed. The rooms are clean and well stocked. My family will be back here whenever we visit again...
No one is ever available, toilet backed up, shower head nasty, no help and spend alot of money to stay! 40 minutes ive waited for help after spending over $200!
Hello here is my experience with woodspring suites hotel first of all the front desk clerk name Whitney was very courteous, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed .she went above and beyond to make the reservation a pleasure at staying there, I will return and hopefully she is the front desk clerk to assist me again.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional help and support I received from the General Manager Ms. T. and Whitney. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Whitney at the front desk made sure our stay would be what we expected. We had some complications while trying to book online but after traveling all day it was very nice to handle business with someone who was so easy to talk to and who knew her stuff! She’s very pleasant and smiley. Also very informative. She even made suggestions on some nice places to eat while visiting!
