I would give zero star's if I could. Dog fur everywhere, there was piles of it outside our room down the hallway to the elevator. Dog hair on the towls in the room, dog fur on the floor and the comforter in our room the floor had obviously never been cleaned. (So we sneezed all the time there, so yay allergies "sarcasm") The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke(the whole place smelled like smoke and vomit). Super nasty and gross. Great staff, Great location
This place is astounding. The staff is friendly and prompt, the rooms are clean, the beds are lovely, and over all a great location in Grand Junction. Will definitely be returning once life evens out a bit. Thank you for all that you guys do, and I look forward to seeing you guys in the future
Our stay started off pretty awful, but when I spoke to other staff members and the manager Dana, they were quick to solve all of the misunderstandings. They made sure that we had what we needed. By the end of our stay everything was much better. A big thank you to the manager and staff that took ownership of a bad situation and made it feel like a good vacation.
Front desk staff was amazing! They did anything and everything they could to make sure we were well taken care off. I recommend this place for anyone needing to relax for a long weekend. Thank you staff!
