Non smoking/no marijuana use, yet the hallways stink of both. The floors were so filthy, we had to all them to mop them. They just smeared the dirt around. One night, someone was using a key to get into the room above us. They got the door open, but the person in the room had the top lock set. Their dog went ballistic, and woke us up. Night clerk told me to come back at 2am to pay for my room so I would not have to check out at 11am I waited just for her to close the inside I was by myself scared and she put me in a very uncomfortable situation when she could of just been honest stop hiring people that care more about going home for the day then helping guest
From the time I stepped in the lobby I was greeted and treated exceptionally well. Elijah made sure to make all his guest feel welcomed. He knew a lot of the guest by name. Even went out of his way to make the guest feel more at home than just a guest at another hotel. He is a great asset to Extended Stay in Davie. If you see this.
