Messed up our double bed reservation. Took a long time to sort our. Service was 5 star tho. Dirty walls in bathroon. Bodily fluids. Cigarette Burns. Crappy beds.
Ok I did a review on this hotel I was upset with the fact I drove 1886 miles thinking I was going to a pet friendly place so I found out different .the manager and the guys were great to help me with this and make things right for me .sometimes we get up set before things get worked out .they are really working hard to make this a good place for all to stay .great job to manager that is making this place better .I would stay here again
Had a great stay. The front desk staff, highlighted by the exquisite Ms. Jessica is courteous, and thorough.
