I had a great stay at this place! I’m not one that does reviews often, because if you don’t have anything nice to say, I’m a person that just won’t say! This location is nice and so are the people who work onsite.
I’ve now spoke with 3 separate employees, and the manager multiple times who hasn’t returned any of my calls to get a refund for a double charge of a room. I’ve called every 7 days for three weeks now, and today the representative was very rude while I was trying to explain what the issue was. The hotel itself was nice and clean, but if you have anything incorrect on your reservation, best of luck getting any sort of help/service to get your money back.
