This is not a company that you want as your landlord or property management company. They are not honest or honorable in their dealings with tenants. Just one recent example - we spent over 17 years in the same space at one of the buildings they manage and they charged us at lease expiration for vacuming the carpet, replacing a perfectly good faucet and exit sign light bulbs not to mention thousands of dollars for other nitpicky stuff that they claimed was not "normal wear and tear". 17 years late rent payments - 0, misse... read more

We currently rent from them and our experience has been horrifying. They have zero empathy for small businesses during a pandemic and only care about getting their money. They have made it clear that if rent is late during this world crisis that there will repercussions. This business is entirely heartless and they do not care about their tenants safety at all. I've leased numerous properties with Value Industrial Partners over the past 15 years. As My company grows, VIP has always accommodated our growth. Their Director of Leasing, Brian, is amazing. He truly puts the "Partner" in partners.

Great property, all of our maintenance needs are quickly addressed. We had some safety concerns and we were able to work with management to come to an agreeable solution. Would recommend this company if your looking for good warehouse space to lease at a reasonable cost.

Very difficult to deal with. Each encounter we've had with them has been stressful and dealing with the property manager is beyond awful... if you're trying to get anything accomplished, good luck. Basic things like safety lights in the parking lot, aren't taken care of. Every night, our office staff goes through a dark parking lot to get to their cars, but apparently that isn't the landlord's problem.
