Value garage door repair Co. has amazing technicians - you can tell that they know how to do their job. I don’t know anything about garage doors, so whenever I encounter an issue, I just rely on this company. They do regular check-ups and tune-ups to ensure that their customers have well-functioning garage doors.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Made an appointment for Sunday 9-12 and have 2 calls in to find out when it is they plan on coming out. Finally after 2pm and I went ahead and canceled the service call as they have yet to even bother to call with any update. Give someone else your business, these guys apparently don't want it!
I called this company at 8 am Dec 4th, 2019, for garage door repair, they told me that someone would be at my residence between 3:30 - 6:30, so I had to leave work early to cover the time. I had called them back at 5:30pm to make sure they were still coming and they confirmed. I called back at 6:30pm to get an ETA, the dispatch said they would have the technician call me with the ETA. Simon was very helpful and professional from start to finish! I contacted him on a Friday morning about replacing two panels on my garage door and by 4:30 the new panels were installed and my garage door was running better than before. Thank you so much Value garage door repair!!
Amazing service, knowledgeable and educational technician. Had our garage door functioning within 20 minutes of him being here. If you can ask for Simon, Do! Honest, loyal, hardworking, and to make things better good sense of humor! Won't rip you off!
