The team is top notch. They did a marvellous job. An open installer in my store. Prices are highly recommended. I also talked to my mother, whole thought he needed a new door but he was able. I highly recommend their services.
On the same day I called he came. polite technician with great service providing. He ended up replacing my broken garage door springs and that took care of my garage door. I highly recommend their services.
The rail holding my garage door broke straight from its wall plate moorings rendering the door useless. Jack came out right away to the rescue. He replaced a broken part and fixed the rail in no time. After finishing with some fine tuning he had it running better than I can remember it ever running. I would happily recommend them.
I have used Value Garage Door Repair for about 20 years. My first experience with the Company was they came and replaced the Garage Door Springs. Today I had them back out to replace 3 Door Hinges. This was the third time over I have called to used them as each time I have requested Al. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the repairs needed. I would highly recommend them!
I have used Value Garage Door Repair many times in the past and all their reps have been good but the tech who came by today was GREAT!! Punctual, direct, and fast. Identified the problem in moments and didn't try to oversell me on anything. Loved that the confirmed their appt time and kept it. So nice to work with such a well run SERVICE oriented company who hires great employees!
