Do not even walk past this practice!!!!! Nightmare. This is the most incompetent dentist office around. First visit was fine, Doctor was great did a root canal. The next appointment was pathetic, rude receptionist, new and rude Doctor. This root canal took 2 months to get the cap, I kept calling to enquire and was never getting an answer so called corporate and still no answer finally was told the lab was holding it hostage because this business was not paying the bills. From the Dr to the staff this dental office is so great! I don't leave reviews but this is the first dental office I have ever been to where they treat you like family! They take great care of you here and actually care about your health and not just a dollar! Thank you staff at queen creek!
They crack teeth here. And the state won’t help you with the damage. Still fighting them on charges for teeth not even worked on plus I had to spend double the money for another dentist to actually fix what was wrong and what they did. And my insurance has multiple claims that should not have been filed by this office. Find an ADA dentist; they are required to uphold a better standard than the state dentists this place has.
