Terrible. I had 2 crowns put on. One was crooked so I returned. The Dentist Boholst, said he put it on to align with my bite. I said I want strait teeth like I had my whole life. He turned and walked out. The Dental assistant gave me BS and stated I signed a waiver ! Not once did they offer to fix it. The dentist is unqualified and will not take responsibility for his ***** up. The Dental assistant blamed me ! DO NOT GO HERR. Boholst put a crown on my tooth and it was crooked. I went back and he proceeded to tell me they align my bite. I said I want a strait smile ! He just walked out. The Dental assistant gave me BS and stated I signed a release. Not a solution to fix it or anything. I spent 350.00 on top of my insurance. I had a strait smile before the crown and should have one now. I went there to save money and now it will cost me over 1200 to fix it. Stay away.
Dr. Mark is absolutely a fantastic dentist. Staff also great. I had all my bottom teeth removed because of bad teeth. Dr. Mark kept me calm, when he saw how petrified I was. I waited 5 month for my gums to heal before a went back to have my bottom teeth made. I got them on September 28, 2023. I know I will have to go back for adjustments, but I love them. Today September 28, 2023 I finally got my lower dentures. I had them pulled out 5 months ago and let my gum heal slowly. I could not afford implants because of my limited budget and my health so I just had them pulled then a plate made. I had a Dr. Mark take care of me from the beginning. What a fantastic Dentist. He knows what he is doing, is friendly, answers any questions you may have, very gentle. Thank you Dr. Mark and all the staff at Value dental in Spring Hill, FL. What a great group of people.
DO NOT GO TO VALUE DENTAL IN SPRINGHILL, The Dental Hygienist (Debbie) seemed to care but then I realized all as an act because she spent more time trying to prepare for more appointments for me to come back and add up more money on my bills than spending time to really clean my teeth!! I have been to teeth cleaning more than dozen time in my life even to the dentist school where students were doing the work, and they always ended the teeth cleaning with polishing my teeth before I leave. Our family has been going there for years and have always had good experiences. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Skipper was able to save damaged teeth behind a previous bridge and incorporated one that was pulled into an amazing quality crafted new bridge. The office staff is always friendly, Rachel diligently tried to get my insurance to cover costs!! It was apparent the dental assistants, office staff all loved their jobs and clients! I drive an hour because they are worth it!
