Unethical and Deceptive business practices. Signed a contract almost a year ago and provided an earnest money deposit on a multi family unit that was supposed to be completed by January 8, 2022 ( their words in the contract ) It is now May 9th and building is not 100 percent completed. Communication has been terrible the entire time causing my company to have to extend our lock with our lender at a fee of $108 per day.
