Great appraisal MANAGEMENT company. Always assures compliance for their lender clients and takes care of their appraisers. Fantastic service. Real appraiser reviewers.
Please make sure beforehand that the company you are going to use does NOT use this company! They give low appraisals! We recently had them out and they appraised our home for $10,000-$15,000 less than what homes were selling for in our same neighborhood 7 months ago (and our home values are going up both in our neighborhood and our general area).
