I took a jade bangle that had been gifted to me for valuation. Hannes was incredibly knowledgeable. He advised what costs I should expect to have it sent for lab testing but pointed out the flaw in the bangle and suggested that testing was probably not the best way to go from a price point of view. He talked me through other options available. As a result he referred me to someone for a potential sale. All in all a very positive experience

I recently had a ring valued at the Valuation Centre of Australia and I was so impressed with the whole experience. During my appointment they provided me with great information about my ring and the valuation certificate details all the specific information, which is exactly what I was looking for. My ring was cleaned beautifully too! Excellent service and the team are so professional and friendly. I will certainly use this service again. Thank you!!

The whole experience I had with Valuation centre of Australia was great. From the initial phone call all the way through the team were kind, understanding and so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend :)
