I came in with a question about an engagement ring, and Hannes was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to talk me through everything, explain the details, and provide clear, honest answers. My sister and I went to Hannes to get our mother's jewellery evaluated as part of her estate. Hannes was very friendly and informative, explaining the process, the different types of evaluations and offering advice on certain pieces. He made the process simple and hassle free. We didn't feel rushed or less important because our pieces were not of high value. He was a delight to chat to and we felt we had been given expert information and advice. Thank you Hannes!
