My dealings with Hannes, and staff, was an absolute pleaseure and very empowering in the adminisration of an estate. As well as providing an excellent valuation process he provided practical advice which helped unlock the adversarial positions of some difficult beneficiaries. Thank you.
Service and knowledge was truly amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out which I appreciated very much. Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially if you don’t have a lot of knowledge about jewellery they were able to explain everything from the ground up so I could understand every step of the process. I went to see Hannes with a ring I had bought at auction. As I feared I was being scammed. Hannes was professional and a gentleman and arranged writing a letter for me explaining the ring and its defects so that I can begin disputing the item with the vendor. Hannes is a professional and works tirelessly to stop fraud and scammers within the industry. I recommend him and his company to anyone and everyone for assistance with any jewellery matters
