The team at Val's is so thoughtful and helpful. I had a great experience through and through. From the call center staff to our fantastic cleaning technician, everyone was cheerful and attentive. Our home has never looked better. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great, female run company in *******.
Excellent Service. The cleaner appeared to be happy and well trained for the cleaning. She was also on time and nice to respond to our inquiry.
This cleaning service is really good, I would definitely recommend using their services. The cleaners did what they where told to do and where right on time.
Great service at a very reasonable price. Staff really try to ensure everything is spot clean before wrapping it up. I also noted that they pay a lot of attention to detail, like corners of the room. I would recommend it.

BUYER BEWARE!! I booked a deep cleaning with 2 weeks ago and paid over the phone in the amount of $680 for a deep cleaning plus organizing. The day comes and I get a no call no show. I called and received a voicemail that they were closed (but how?).. anyway, I found the confirmation text from the day before and just responded with 'Hi, what's the status because at this point they are 30 minutes late! I then get a text saying the previous client had an incident and to reschedule for tomorrow.. I was heated!! This was unaccep... read more
