I been coming here for about a year, and I love it. Each one of the team members/ doctors always greet you with a smile, and make sure you are taken care of.
The talented and caring individuals at the Valrico Spine and Rehab Center have nursed my aching spine back to life over the past month or so. The immediate relief on my first visit was amazing. Subsequently, they have been able to rehabilitate and strengthen my lower back reducing the soreness I was experiencing. My experience has been great. Staff very friendly. Dr Frank is very knowledgeable. You never feel rushed .
Dr. Frank is wonderful! He really listens to me and addresses my concerns for that visit. He is also very respectful of how he adjusts you (as a woman this is very important). I was very unsure about adjusting my neck the first few times I visited but I grew comfortable very quickly and let him try to adjust my neck. I felt great afterwards! I always feel like I can breathe better when he adjusts my upper back. I go to him regularly for “maintenance” on my back and neck. I highly recommend Dr. Frank and his team!
Both myself and my wife had great experiences with the staff and doctors at Valrico Spine. They were able to get me in on the same day. I had a pinched muscle/nerve that had my neck seized and walked out feeling way better, without pain. Dr Frank is awesome and the massage therapist is amazing also. They are great...extremely accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Frank is fantastic. As a massage therapist, my physical work really wears on my body and twice now, I’ve walked in achey and walked out shiny and new. I have recommended Dr. Frank dozens of times since my first appointment, and will certainly continue to do so. The front desk is so polite and professional too, every call and each visit. Ricky (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) is so helpful!
I’m so happy I could cry. Ok I already did. Whatever. The point is, I’ve gone through probably 50 chiropractors in my life because of a chronic spine and pain condition and a great one is just so hard to come by. I’ve had exactly TWO I would recommend up until now, none in my current neck of the woods. I finally found my chiropractor lobster.
