Worst place to rent form will screw you out of all your money. Never give you back your deposit and so many loopholes in the paper work
If I could give this man a 0 I would. Idk where to start so I will just share a small portion of reasons I would NOT do business with this company. Definitely do not recommend. Valput is extremely rude! The houses are disgusting. He is a slumlord. Don’t expect to ever see your down deposit back. His houses are way over priced especially for the areas they’re located in.
