Trips for the ER are never fun, but I can say that my visit here this morning was one of the most positive experiences I've had regarding an emergency room visit. From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor and the girl who came in to complete registration, they were extremely pleasant and helpful with almost zero waiting. The doctor was thorough in her explanation with her plan and the nurses followed up and completed everything immediately. I never felt like I was "forgotten" while sitting in a room. Went there for being dehydrated and was treated kindly and professional by all involved. Best experience ever.
Took my dad in for an ankle injury and every single interaction with staff from registration to nursing to X-ray and then Dr. Rutili was wonderful.
