The fact that you made someone sit for hours that literally had amputated part of his finger blows my mind. I understand traige but when someone has a work injury that's at high risk of infection they should be seen quickly. This is an embarrassment to healthcare and the reason so many people are frustrated with it. This is absolutely absurd!!!!!
I received necessary medical care in a timely sequence of testing. Staff was very friendly, personable, and on top of my needs. Facility appeared clean. Results posted to my chart quickly and NP and MD were prompt in going over all results. I appreciate the care I received.
This place is a joke, every time I go in for the simplest thing I always get hassled, not to mention receptionist are all rude.
Have had a few appointments at this facility and overall its been pretty positive experience. One individual stands out to me and that is the valet or concierge, Matt. He treats all the patients like close family but today I watched him offer his arm to a man, who refused one, but really should have taken a wheelchair. He gave that man dignity and represents the best that humanity has to offer the sick and injured. What an incredible asset to Powers Health.
