This place is a joke, every time I go in for the simplest thing I always get hassled, not to mention receptionist are all rude.
Have had a few appointments at this facility and overall its been pretty positive experience. One individual stands out to me and that is the valet or concierge, Matt. He treats all the patients like close family but today I watched him offer his arm to a man, who refused one, but really should have taken a wheelchair. He gave that man dignity and represents the best that humanity has to offer the sick and injured. What an incredible asset to Powers Health.
This place is a dump. It’s still an urgent care but at ER prices. I went in the middle of the night for extreme sickness and I didn’t get a bed, pillow or even a blanket. I regret not driving another 5 minutes to an actual ER. Such a rip off.
THEIR CHARGES ARE LITERALLY CRIMINAL. $4,000 for a 45 minute flu diagnosis/visit!!???! This is a review from my most recent visit on Christmas Day, 2025. I was there for that awful flu everyone was getting. I had about a 45 minute visit for flu symptoms. They swabbed for flu/covid/rsv-cost $1000. Gave one tab of Tamiflu-$87. Cost for the facility-$1800. And the medical group of which I saw a nurse practitioner for all of 5 minutes charged $900.
