Valparaiso Car Care & Transmission was started in 1987 in the very same location we are still in today. We started just repairing and rebuilding transmissions, but today we are a full bumper to bumper automotive repair facility. One thing that hasn't changed is our quality of work. We take pride in repairing our clients vehicles and hold our technicians to the highest standard.

These people are con artists. Spent over $1400 in repairs. Car had to be taken in there twice and now I have a car I just put $1400 into sitting in my driveway because it won’t run. Change pricing on you after you have repairs done. More problems than when it first went in. Absolutely worst company I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. Shame on you!

They sell vehicles they can’t guarantee. Aside from a couple successful repairs, they are not recommended for car sales.
I got my car back in a very timely matter. I was very impressed with the speed of service and customer care. I'll definitely be back if I have another problem. Best service around!
Neal & the guys have ALWAYS taken great care of me and my truck. They won't try to nickel and dime you with unnecessary expenses. I took my truck in yesterday morning and it was done by yesterday afternoon-- without breaking the bank. I will NEVER take my truck anywhere else & I cannot recommend these guys enough.
We drove out to valporaiso from Lowell to see a friend our starter went out so we were stranded with our one year old. My wife called these guys they came out and towed our car for us to the shop for a very very reasonable price. Within an hour the car was repaired and they even washed it for us. This us hands down the best car repair facility I've ever been to. They were kind, professional and very fast. Will take my vehicles there from now on.
