This was my first visit with this location. NP was awesome. Front desk was professional but not very warm. Very cut and dry. Not a reason to not come but would have expected the person to be more friendly/warm.
New experience meeting new people that I’m putting my health care in their hands. They all made me feel comfortable and heard. I highly recommend Little Elm Clinic.
So glad I switched to this doctor’s office. Friendly and competent staff. They’ve gone out of their way to solve insurance problems. I highly recommend them.
