I lived at One Park Apartments in Chula Vista for the last two years. An opportunity came up that I couldn't pass up, otherwise I'd be at these apartments forever! I loved it so much! It's located in Downtown Chula Vista right next to the park. There is always something going on if you like entertainment. Great experience with Valor Property Management. Maribel in El Cajon at Oak Valley Apartment has been awesome to work with super helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything has gone smoothly, and I really appreciate how on top of things she is. I lived at Oak Valley for 17 years, i had the opportunity to rent a house but if i need a apartment to rent I will definitely reach out to Maribel at Oak Valley…Definitely recommend Valor Property Management!

Seldom do the words “helpful” and “property manager” go hand in hand, but that is definitely the case with Monica. It has been such a pleasure to reside in a Valor property. Monica was a consummate professional, friendly and fastidious, and made so many processes easy. I would describe the management as 'kind' and 'understanding'... a unique quality in business operation nowadays.
I spoke to this really nice young lady Monica. I called her 3 times time Sunday and didn’t know I called her 3 times and she still answered my call and was still so polite to me. These properties are too expensive for me after talking to her but I wanted to make sure you know how nice she is.
