Over the past four years, I have rented two properties from Valor and have been consistently impressed by Jazmin Leon's professionalism. Even with my frequent requests, she was the best agent I've had at both properties. Her exceptional service will be missed, as my agent will be changing on September 1st. The transition has already proven frustrating, which has led me to believe that Jazmin set a very high standard for customer service. Moved in last month and my kitchen sink has been clogged for 2 weeks. I have put in a maintenance request online, and myself and my girlfriend have texted our property manager 5 times and been ghosted up until yesterday. We were told they would have a plumber today. No one showed up and now we are told we have to wait until Monday. I do construction so I get it, things come up. I’ve lived at a property they manage and it’s impossible to communicate with the property managers, it’s embarrassing. I’m actively trying to get a new lease and give the owners and the property management company money and they just won’t do their jobs. If you’re a building owner DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
