Moved in last month and my kitchen sink has been clogged for 2 weeks. I have put in a maintenance request online, and myself and my girlfriend have texted our property manager 5 times and been ghosted up until yesterday. We were told they would have a plumber today. No one showed up and now we are told we have to wait until Monday. I do construction so I get it, things come up. I’ve lived at a property they manage and it’s impossible to communicate with the property managers, it’s embarrassing. I’m actively trying to get a new lease and give the owners and the property management company money and they just won’t do their jobs. If you’re a building owner DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
Still haven’t gotten the security deposit back three months after moving out and confirming we would be getting the full amount back. Not to mention the turnover here is awful, I had about four or five different property managers in the two years I lived there.
Moved in on June. Started with Monica and super helpful showing me multiple properties until I found one I liked. Now I have Melissa and very happy with how helpful she is with all of my needs. Thank you both for taking care of me.
