I am new to the area and tried 6 different barber shops before I stumbled upon Valor. Best place to get a haircut in the Phoenixville Area by far. I don't even bother asking who is cutting my hair anymore, because they all do an excellent job! They are extremely friendly, reasonably priced and always offer me a drink. I won't go anywhere else.
I have brought my boys here for haircuts on several occasions and for the most part been happy with their cuts. This time however will be the last time I make an appointment for them at this establishment. Not only did they come on time and were forced to wait for more than 30 minutes but then when another client walked in through the door, he was taken immediately to get his shampoo while my boys were told to continue to wait.
