Pedimos nuestros récords el día 2 de abril y ya hoy es 20 de abril y no los liberan. Mi esposo es un paciente con problemas cardíacos y tiene un riñón también afectado. No sé qué derechos tienen a esto pues se que por ley lo pueden hacer hasta un mes, pero si pasa algo por esta razón créanme que no me voy a quedar de brazos cruzados. Es una tremenda falta de respeto espeto a sus pacientes.

Hicieron esperar a mi esposo más de 2 horas y media. Me parece una completa falta de respeto que me digan que es porque atienen walks ins (en ese caso deben tener un doctor para walks ins) deben respetar el tiempo de los pacientes, entendemos unos minutos de retraso pero 2 horas y media? Puede que los médicos sean muy buenos, pero sino saben agendar no sirve de nada.
