Had a great experience here, loved the staff.
I was referred to Valor Interventional Pain by my surgeon's office. Waited 2 weeks to hear from them and was told they get 10-15 referrals a day, they are very busy and they couldn't say if mine was received. So I had the surgeon send another referral. After another 2 weeks I contacted my surgeon and asked for a different doctor even though it was over an hour away. Friday April 24, 2026 0920AM If you want to be treated as a valued patient this is not the place to come. I have on more than one occasion made phone calls to this facility only to be answered by the answering machine. The answering machine tells you that someone will be in touch and not leave another message for 48 hrs. In that 48 hrs I have rarely been called back and usually have to call back and be very stern in my next voicemail to be called back. Dr Keneson and his staff are amazing. They are compassionate and listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Keneson, in fact I have recommended him on several occasions
I have no idea who Dr Dennison is.Never met the guy. But it’s very hard to reach them, and only give you 5mg of hydro one a day after surgery which my foot still hurts. They discontinued my because of a resent post my services because I told them what I thought, freedom of speech and people should know.
