This is the 2nd Valor home I purchased in Merrimack – The Park. I closed on my m 1st house on 31 Oct 2022 in phase 1. I bought my 2nd house and closed on 31 Jan 2024 in phase 2. Yes, I was very satisfied with my 1st home to invest in a 2nd house, this is why. When I was younger, I built 32 homes in 4 years, so I know and understand the construction of a house.
