Before receiving mattress … Customer Service seemed good and fast now I can’t get hold of them … very dissapointing …. The mattress is not for me and I would Like a refund

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I was very impressed with Valmori Home Collection. They were highly responsive to my emails and accommodating. I ordered the mattress on Sunday night. They advised that it would be delivered Monday afternoon or Tuesday. I injured my back and begged for it to come on Monday (I was happy to pay extra) They delivered the mattress a few hours later with absolutely no extra cost. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Larry is easy to contact and incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered 4 mattresses, 1 was the spring mattress which ended up being too hard for us, so he very kindly is sending a mattress topper for free for us to try. Absolutely love the mattresses and cannot recommend them highly enough. THANK YOU VALMORI for your wonderful sales service and support
