Alisa has been the most incredible therapist I’ve worked with and I’ve had probably 10 over the years. A true healer. I’ve been with her two years now and have never felt so supported, seen, heard, and understood. Honestly she’s one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. I didn’t realize how important the right therapist fit was until working with her. We do IFS and EMDR and it’s been life changing. I have made a great deal of healing progress with her and have endless gratitude for her help.
