This company is pure scum. We wanted a property that happened to be one of theirs. We ended up closing 19 days past the close date because they would not complete the agreed upon repairs with satisfactory work. We asked them to fix the wood floors and they tried covering the gaps with grout and said it was fixed, we asked them to replace a split board on the outside but instead they put silicone over the cracks and painted over it.
