WOW! I don't know who to thank? I'm plagued with chronic disabilities. I hate going to the doctor because it's always a challenge getting help due to the uneasiness of my health issues. Today after a routine ear appointment, there was a nurse right there on the spot to make sure I got the help I needed! No uncomfortable discussions, and really for the first time EVER, no stress going to a doctor! It caught me off guard because it was so unexpected.
