great customer service
Gordon is a scam artist. He makes promises he doesnt keep, convinces people to pay up front and doesnt deliver any product. He even lies about specs and other basic information about his computers. When i complained he gave me a sob story about how i was the one ripping him off. I eventually called the police. He promised the officer that he would return my full $450 by the end of the week. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO VALLEY WIDE TECHS!! THE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I highly recommend them to handle all of your computer needs and questions. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are straight forward and will not hassle you like other shops.
Buyers BEWARE!! They are scammers. Still waiting on refund from 4 years ago for 2 computers! Now going to court.
