The 1 star review about the HOA probably has more to the story, because I've worked with Dane for a very long time, and have nothing but great experiences with him. He is extremely professional and goes far beyond what a property manager should do for a tenant or an owner. You'll be in great hands with Valleywide. And you can't beat his prices if you're an owner.
Dane rented out a property that had just been purchased by the owner and was not contractually able to be rented out due to the preexisting HOA agreement requiring the owner to live there for 1 year before renting out. He avoided all contact , did not return phone calls, and in no way addressed the matter at all . None of the community accessible areas like the gym or pool or gate were accessible because the HOA had control of the key fob. When the AC dies in the summer at 110F, it takes Dane 3 + days to even get someone out... read more

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dane and his team. Before signing a contract Dane, he took the time to answer all of my questions. Never made me feel as if my concerns were insignificant. I am never in the dark about what goes on with my property, and communication with them is always amazing. Any maintenance issue is brought up quickly with all the information I need to get my tenants issue resolved quickly.
