IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD! We hired this firm to find water line leak. The spot they identified had no leak..no water pipe there. We have asked for refund( as they guarantee work, but despite 6 attempts....no response. Classless. Dont waste money on this firm.
I had them come out to locate an outdoor leak beneath some pavers because i wanted to minimize things like digging time by my plumber to find the leak, and disturb as few pavers as possible. They came out and was told that they would be within 3 feet of where they marked it. The leak was 6 feet away. Extra digging time and a whole lot more pavers to pay someone to re install. I called and explained what had happened to see if they would be willing to refund part of the cost to offset the additional time and labor costs that ... read more
Make sure they tell you its a $300 "show up" fee before they get to your house. But hey, since I didn't have a detectable leak - they brought it down to $200. Thanks!
