I have needed Valleywide Cooling twice. This company is GREAT... called both times in the morning and they had my AC unit fixed that afternoon. Jimmy is highly knowledgeable and explained the needed repairs. I feel they are very trustworthy and reasonably priced making for a good experience.
Above and beyond. Will gladly recommend the to others in my trailer park. Steve was the person that came and assessed the problem in a timely manner. Gave me some pointers.

I put in a request for service Monday about four in the morning. Was called back and someone was at my home around nine am. The technician I had was a very polite and knowledgeable young man named Jimmy. He reviewed what needed to be done and then explained it to me so I could make a decision on how to proceed. He then made all the repairs in a very timely manner and by ten-thirty I was in the comfort of air again. I will recommend them to anyone who need their air conditioner serviced. Prompt Professional and Polite.
