I put in a request for service Monday about four in the morning. Was called back and someone was at my home around nine am. The technician I had was a very polite and knowledgeable young man named Jimmy. He reviewed what needed to be done and then explained it to me so I could make a decision on how to proceed. He then made all the repairs in a very timely manner and by ten-thirty I was in the comfort of air again. I will recommend them to anyone who need their air conditioner serviced.
