This clinic has serious problems with time management and doesn’t value the patients’ time at all.
Crazy waiting lines, though you have an appointment and be on time you need to wait for an average 1 hour. Doctors are good. Front desk are not responsible for the delay, they don't care and they talk behind you when you leave after asking on how long it takes. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are coming here it's for the doctor (they are very nice) and wait to meet them.
Fully disappointed about service by Receptionist. I booked an appointment just for get my Thyroid tablets refill because I runout of that medication. Yesterday I booked an appointment sharp 1.50 pm and I reached there 1.45pm from my work at break time after appointment I need to pickup my daughter and need to drop her at home and then need to go back to work. I had read a lot of the negative reviews while waiting for my appointment. My priority was to get quality service, rather than the rushed service that would facilitate shorter wait times. I waited for about an hour, as I expected, then saw Dr Sidra Saif. I was very happy with my appointment. Dr Saif was very focused, very thorough, and she just seemed like a very wise and caring soul. Im grateful for this facility and the caring people inside it.
