If i could give 0 i would. Don't go here if your a WALK IN......i waited over an hour with my 6 year old. They opened at 9 we got there at 9:15. There were about 5 people ahead of us(maybe less). I saw people go in and out and they kept saying someone was ahead of us. There couldn't have been. I see other reviews saying the same please believe us. First day was good and staff was good they booked me quickly but when i go for the appointment its too late and when i ask lady she replied me so rudely and i was shocked i was just asking to reschedule and how much time it takes.
I went to the walk in sunday morning, when I got there, the waiting room was empty. The whole room filled with people who came in after me, but were all seen before me. The room fills up again and everyone is seen before me. I understand people have appointments aswell. I had been waiting over an hour then I go up to the receptionist and she says I'm the next walk in. Another 40 minutes go by. Receptionist forgets to call my name and apologizes. The Valleyview Medical center was welcoming and efficient. The reception staff were friendly, my appointment started on time, and the doctor explained everything clearly without rushing. I felt heard and respected throughout. Highly recommend!
Told it would be an hour and waited 2.5hrs to see a Dr.
