Dr. Gray is an amazing physician. She goes above and beyond for her patients! She is kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. Dr. Gray takes her time with her patients to ensure that they truly understand and are cared for. I am very fortunate to have her as a physician and hope to continue to be able to trust in her for my care.
My daughter had lab work & blood work done, and received one call to say they need to speak to her about her results. That was 3 weeks ago. We've called repeatedly, and no answer only voicemail. It's as if the office is not even open, just a voice service. Of course, since there was a previous message left from her staff that they want to discuss her results, not to mention my daughter is still struggling with pain after eating. To say we are more than concerned is an understatement. Not happy!
Dr. Gray is the best doctor I have ever been to. She has excellent bedside manner and takes time to listen to any health concerns i have, to offer appropriate recommendations. I feel like my health and overall well being are right track, which is great!
Dr. Gray is a good doctor that takes the time to listen to her patients but her staff is beyond unprofessional. I called in several times to get test results and have not received a call back. The front desk and nurse are rude, incompetent, and lazy. Dr. Gray definitely needs to seek better staff.
I been calling to Dr. Gray trying to schedule an appointment and her secretary is the rudest person I ever spoke with she is not professional at all.
Dr. Gray is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so personable and makes you feel comfortable. She patiently listens and has an actual conversation with you. She is also so smart! She is very knowledgeable. I never feel like she is guessing, like the impression you can get from some doctors. She will be my doctor until she retires, which I hope is no time soon.
My family has been with Dr. Gray for over 6 years and we have had many appointments with her. Every time we have an appointment Dr. Gray takes time to really listen to what's going on-I don't feel like I'm being hurried through like I do at other places. Dr. Gray seriously cares about her patients well being and will refer to specialists if the problem warrants specialized eyes. I have and would recommend Dr. Gray to anyone who is interested in a highly skilled and caring doctor.
