Renting is hard but this building has a lovely view on the forest side. I rented years ago when a 1 bedroom cost 1200 a month. The kitchens were not comfortable enough for me but Im fussy. I think the location is safe but dont walk alone in the forest as a single young female. Its fun to walk to forest hill village. There used to be breakins for cars in parking but maybe they fixed that. For the prices they are now charging I would select a modern condo new build to rent.
This building Thanks to the professionalism & care of the Superintendents & Realstar is very well maintained. The Superintendents are aware of residents needs : keeping the walkways clear of snow, well maintained grounds, the building is very clean, they are always available. The social programs setup for the residents are greatly appreciated. The building is safe and monitored.
