Terrible experience with this dealer but want to expect from them as they are a small dealer. I purchased a vehicle from them in September of 2018 which is a little over a month a half ago and today 11/12/2018 my vehicle completely shut down Due to needing a new starter. Really? I haven't had the car for this long and now I have to make repairs on it and pay $450 to fix it. No thorough inspections are made to their vehicles so beware before purchasing. Stop at valleys best to check prices as well other car lot close by, ending up getting a car from Valleys best prices was lower than others very helpful staff they got me approved with low down payment not mentioning my credit not that good, very satisfied with my perchase. A+++++++
I cannot stress this enough but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The car I bought had myriads of problems with it before I had even had the car for a year. I spent more money fixing the problems than I did actually purchasing the car. Rami is very dishonest and he will get you to buy an "insurance" contract from AUL. i don't know much about cars, went in and everyone was so helpful and very nice and gave me options that best fit my needs. i have bad credit and they do financing. the owner is so nice and so helpful. i really appreciate everything he did for me. highly recommend this place to everyone who needs an affordable good used car.
My son bought a car from Rami Madain at Valley's Best Auto Sales and as soon as he got home he called me describing what I told him sounded like a transmission problem. We are now 60 days into the car, 45 of which it has been parked. Rami the owner, who leaves his own Google reviews by the way saying what a great business this is, spoke to me today and told me that he wants my son to pay for half of the repairs on the transmission and then he will buy the car back. Agreed to buy a car- came back the radio was broken I was told it'd be fixed over the course of a month. Never fixed. The owner screamed at me and got all nasty when I finally pointed it out. They'll tell you they'll fix things then get angry when you actually ask them to.
