Leslie sucks and will not rent to you if you point out an issue. Maintenance suck and shady. The one who said they wouldn't rent to you. You saved yourself a headache. You don't have to do anything but pay your rent on time and she still won't renew your lease. The best thing ever happened to me.
It was the worst place I understand that don't trust them departments and stuff are nice but they don't have regular heat in the windows are no good when it snows and your electric bill will never be the same please don't move there and the landlord lady is racist she will evict you soon as you go against the grain
My second time renting out an apartment here. I appreciate Leslie for being understanding to a few of the concerns I did have. One of the maintenance guys is very unprofessional and always have I don’t care attitude. Poor job. It is quiet for the most part. I wouldn’t want to come back here though.
