My girlfriend had severe complications from surgery. They claimed to have afterhours support but never responded even after begging to speak to Dr. Broberg and in the ER for 6 hours. Two days later they said he’d call when he was free. Awful
I hate leaving a negative review, it makes me feel gross, but feel like I should inform the public about the ridiculous customer service. Two days ago, I was literally hung up on four times. Withheld me from getting an IUD (that my insurance covers) a my 6 week postpartum visit because of the bill that I’d haven’t received yet. It was the bill from delivery my baby. They told me I had to pay in full. Almost 600 dollars and they didn’t offer a payment plan. Then gave me sass when I questioned why birth control would be withheld.
