Valley Women’s Health (Provo Division) is great! They have always been very helpful and kind. All of the doctors and nurses are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It is a group practice so you work with multiple doctors in the practice. I appreciated this when I was having my baby because I knew a doctor was at the hospital 24/7 and I didn’t need to wait in case of an emergency.
I was far from impressed, first of all when I approached the receptionist she didn’t even make eye contact with me she stared at the screen and look elsewhere during our interaction. I showed up for my first prenatal appointment at 21 weeks because I just now have insurance that covers that care. I was super excited to see my baby on the ultrasound. Dr Drewes is the best. He is an awesome surgeon and takes all the time you need at your visit.
Nice clinic. Helpful and kind staff, easy to get an appointment.
Will update this review depending on the outcome. My wife had blood work done here. This clinic somehow managed to double order one test and not order others. Fortunately we found out when one of the orders was "outstanding" and I think/hope they won't try to double charge us. But now we might not have some test results her ob wanted before the next appointment and might need more blood drawn. Very frustrating.
