Fast admit to the ER, very friendly and caring staff. Prompt care. Explained everything very well using terms that anyone could understand.
Valley West is a great resource in our community!! The employees are so supportive of the community, they are compassionate and caring.
I used to cringe when I had to go to valley west hospital. But an emergency asthma attack sent me there. Boy have you changed !!!! I had the best doctor , can't remember her name. She was young and African american. I just loved her. She helped me a great deal. But not just her, even your ER has changed for the better. Your staff actually showed concern and respect for me which I didn't have before. I love the new you !!
I had my daughter there in December of 2013. I felt so cared for and loved being there!!! There was a nurse who I butted heads with, but there's always one lol. The maternity wing is phenomenal
