I came in totally ignorant of what I needed for a first-time stainless job, and Bill took the time to straighten me out with a load of info on every aspect of what I needed to get the job going. He even warned me about the difficulties with stainless and made recommendations. Not just sellin' stuff down there, they want to send you off with only what you need.
Very pleasant experience, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Will go back again.
