I have been a patient of Dr Bansal for over 10 years. I find her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She listens to me and we can discuss treatment options. She does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist as needed and follows up with that specialist in a timely fashion so that she can coordinate my care.

Dr. Bansal and her staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. She has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care. I believe and trust her advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue.

Sometimes she can be stiff which turns people off but I tried her anyway and she helped me when I needed it, so I'm quite thankful. She is rightfully strict with controlled substances and thorough in explaining the medications. The front desk lady and the nurse with the Betty Boop scrubs are lovely as well! I was seen within an hour as a walk in.

My very first visit. She was very nice and thorough. She listened to my issues and referred me to specialists. She asked me to come back in a week for a physical and to go over blood/urine results. I believe this doctor patient relationship will be a lasting one. I am big on customer care and she may come across direct but I am a straight forward person and direct is just what the doctor ordered :) pun intended!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I was told to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment, which I did. I then waited over an hour PAST my appointment time to be seen. The front receptionist marked every single thing I wrote on the paperwork into the system incorrectly. The wrong insurance, wrong prior Drs, wrong reason for being seen, the list goes on. When I finally was seen, Dr Bansal spent the entire visit on her laptop reading my paperwork (which I just filled out) back to me.

She was actually rude. There's was only one concern for my visit to the doctors office. She wouldn't even listen to what I had to say she told me what I was going to take. Didn't explain the medication or ask if I wanted that because it wouldn't solve my problem. She sent me to a pharmacy that didn't except my insurance then she gave me a prescription that wasn't even covered by my insurance. Awful experience I will never recommend her to anyone, I'll warn someone not to go. Her staff was great.

This woman incompetence made my mother's early death certain because she misdiagnosed my mother's ovarian cancer IV as acid reflux/possible stomach ulcer. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

She is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. She misdiagnosed me. She prescribed an antibiotic that made me very ill. She insisted that the illness was not caused by the antibiotic and made me go through X-rays and blood tests. When these came out negative, she told me that I must just be experiencing stress. I am a teacher and was on summer break. When I asked her how I could be experiencing stress, she yelled at me. I left her office, stopped the antibiotic, and immediately recovered. Bad!

My parents both used Dr Bansal. She had missed my moms very high blood pressure causing headaches among other issues for several visits. Bad bedside manor to say the least. Treats staff terrible right in front of patients. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone. I had to help my parents find a real Dr who cares about people and resolving medical issues.
