Diagnosed with heart disease in 2001 I cannot have doctors yell at me for ny reason. And this doctor yelled at me refusing to listen to my real health issues. She kept claiming Dr. Serfino was right. And he was completely wrong as he had my cousins medical records instead of mine. Medicare discovered this was true last month. Cannot recommend this doctor. In fact, she yelled at me three times in three appointments. Caused me anxieties and depressed. Cause hypertension. A year under the care of a primary who listened to me and obviously cares I have proper medical care. And filed a complaint against Dr. Archana for her horrible treatment of me. I told her my family was interfering. Told her my records were hacked and held for ransom I would not pay. Last week it seems Medicare found the erroneous information. Just run. Had 10 years of her care and it was ok, but over thhat time all here staff and replacement staff quit. Only one staffer remains and to her credit she puts up withmDansals behaviorial issues.

Dr. Bansal does not take the time to listen. Every time I have tried to speak she holds her hand up and says wait. Then dismisses you.

I had Dr. Bansal as my primary when I learned my medical records had been compromised. Instead of believing me, she misdiagnosed me. Refused to approve of a CT scan that showed a benign liver mass with lesions. I tried to tell her Carter Imaging MRI showed it and it was the Carter Imaging doctor who ordered CT Scan. Insurance needed her approval, but she yelled at me claiming she didn’t need it. I did. Fired her. Changed primaries just in order to get scan approved to find out if it was cancer or not. Serfino then Bansal were my primaries for years here in Sierra Visa. I tried telling them my cousin in Havasu City has D.I.D. And has a personality that believes she is me. They both just handled me. Bansal yelling caused my hypertension. Both doctors not listening triggered PTSS caused by my insane relatives. I have now changed doctors. The CT scan she refused to approve showed a liver mass. She is a great doctor. I don't understand the bad reviews. They say she yells. When I am at an appointment, she is soft spoken. Sometimes I had to have her repeat something because I didn't hear what she said because she spoke so soft. Also, about the labs, first the person says she scheduled an afternoon appointment for a fast lab and then said the doc didn't tell her where the lab was. Always on time and she really cares about each patient. She reviews your blood work with you, writes and sends your prescriptions to be filled before you leave her office and gives you a referral when needed plus listens to all your concerns. I always feel confident in her opinion. I have been her patient for 6 years.
