I lived at Valley Vista apts for nearly 7 years. The last manager was really nice before she stopped working there. The new manager was absolutely horrible and did nothing to address the problems at apt complex. My dishwasher did not work for 2 years and nothing was done to fix or replace it even after several requests. There was a lot of drug and criminal activity there and it was allowed to happen. YOU WILL BE MISERABLE! There is trash and crack heads IN the parking lot, in the alley, next to your parked cars, and even in your back patio! theres a shady motel across which they can look into your windows. Theres a nasty amount of Ants, and they charge you for a “pest fee.” WHAT PEST FEE? If you like feeling unsafe and like youll get stabbed in your home, lease here
