The employees are great super friendly, but their lab is awful. I've been waiting over a month for my glasses and still haven't gotten them👎
RecommendedI am not even a client yet but I will be . I live in south Cle Elum and I stepped on my glasses. I went in and they fixed them free of charge. I was impressed with the staff and future recommendations given to me by them. I decided at that moment I would become a patient and transfer my business to them . I have a eye appointment on the 23 rd of this month. You would not get this treatment on the west side🙂

I was a new patient and came in with acute issues. Staff worked to get me in asap. They are kind, caring, and extremely professional. I then had issues with my vision insurance. Staff was very helpful and patient as they helped me sort it out. I'm very grateful and would recommend them to anyone needing vision or hearing services.

I highly recommend both the hearing and eye clinic! All the staff are not only extreamly professional but also very personal and fun to talk to. feels like your dealing with your neighbor (the good one not the jerk). They know their stuff also, very knowledgeable.
