Waited for 15 mins for lab work and fasted. Had my toddler with me and drove in the rain over an hour to my appointment and no communication for wait. I left very unprofessional and won’t be going back.
THEY ARE THE WORST. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
One the most unprofessional and greedy establishments I have ever dealt with. I have to call them for my proscription refill every single time despite my pharmacy attempt to get that done without my involvement. Today they told me I’ll need to go to see the doctor for the next refill!!!! It’s a simple generic prescription and they intentionally do not allow automatic refills. Also, you always receive a bill from this place even for the services that are supposed to be covered by your insurance! Stay away from them…
Dispite this place being my primary physician office I've only been here maybe twice because their scheduling system is absolute trash. And I'm not sure if it's the system or the people working at the front. I spent two days trying to schedule a telehealth appointment with the doctor for a prescription refill. Not sure why they charge a new patient fee when my visit was barely 10 minutes and then I was referred out to an OBGYN for birth control options - which was the main reason I made the appointment.
