I always feel better after I visit Valley View. I have had some very serious health concerns arise and I have been given great care from all Valley View staff.
They helped me out as a new patient they have good communication overall I loved my very first visit with them
The staff demonstrated sincere care and competence at all levels: reception, nurse and doctor. Sadly, in Lewis County the demand for healthcare services is high and there rarely doctors accepting new patients. That doesn’t mean the quality of care is poor, but what benefit are great staff and professionals if there are no appointments except walk-in Urgent Care? Sadly, waiting at Urgent care for hours is ultimately what I had to do in order to be seen so my 3 expired prescriptions could be refilled. Great staff but an overbu... read more
