Very helpful staff and it is useful being seen same day. However, during my last visit I was told by the single doctor working that they couldn’t do anything for me and I needed to go to the ER. I told them I couldn’t afford an ER visit. They told me that was my only option. That led to me spending 5 hours in the ER only to be told when I finally saw a doctor there that I didn’t actually need to go to the ER and Valley View could have absolutely helped me. I walked in this morning with my almost 2 year old with a minor foot injury. First off, there was a gentleman ahead of me that they were LOUDLY asking questions about and he clearly was uncomfortable. He stated a general reason and that should have been the end of it (at least from the lobby) but instead the receptionist continued to ask him about what specifically he was there for and it was clear he was uncomfortable.
