I had not gone to the dentist in over a decade. Julia made me feel very at ease. She took great care of me. I had to get some cavities filled and Trish and the dentist did superior work. I felt comfortable throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Blue Ridge Dental Group to anyone. If you have not been to the dentist in a while, this place gets you back on track!
This was my first visit to BRDG and I was both pleased and relieved.My dental caregivers were both professional and friendly. The dreaded needle was injected skillfully and painlessly - I never saw it coming! But best of all was the music. Being able to listen to my favorite music played in the examination room made me calmer and more relaxed than I have ever been at a dentists office before. The music really made the difference for me!
It is a fun experience. I am always recommending them to my friends about coming to Blue Ridge Dental! There is no other dental place I would rather be at than there!
my second visit was even better than my first. I enjoy the speed of service, the eye contact, and how the team was very friendly.
Staff was professional and friendly. Waiting room is well appointed. The hygienist answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. When it was time for the dentist to see me, he was cordial and efficient. I had a question about a chipped tooth, he looked at it and communicated a plan in a way that made me feel comforted. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
