Wouldn't recommend it. Been here forever. Really really strict. Mow your owe grass. If not $75 dollar fine. When thay don't mow there owe empty lots around here. Thay want some one else to do it . Don't want to spend there money to get it done. But charge us $75. If we don't mow. And if u have kids. Thay have to stay in the yeard. Can't play with the other kids.
