Wouldn't recommend it. Been here forever. Really really strict. Mow your owe grass. If not $75 dollar fine. When thay don't mow there owe empty lots around here. Thay want some one else to do it . Don't want to spend there money to get it done. But charge us $75. If we don't mow. And if u have kids. Thay have to stay in the yeard. Can't play with the other kids. I used to live there... It has potential... My daughter n son n law still lives there as well as my husband... I'm not moving back, but I will go visit my daughter...
